"Waves Light Up the Universe!"
The activity guide for Wave’s Light Up The Universe provides teachers
with background information pertaining to the activities and preparation
suggestions for each of the incorporated students activities, including
material lists, resource list, discussion topics, worksheets, and demonstrations.
The two student activities introduce students to different types of waves,
the terminology used, and equations that relate wavelength to frequency,
and frequency to energy. Grab a coiled spring and enjoy "making waves"!
